Thomas W. Nash – Chairman and Chief Executive Officer Mr. Nash has led Xalles Limited, www.xalles.com, an international business management consulting company for the past 15 years. Xalles focuses on providing consulting, technology and advisory & investment services to companies in the financial services and information technology. His specialty is global financial supply chain solutions. He is an accomplished business strategist and systems implementation director in the electronic payments industry. He has directed eCommerce and payment solution projects for major financial institutions as well as start up ventures. He is an international public speaker and on the Board of Directors of financial service companies on 4 continents. Will Lakoff – Chief Information Officer (CIO) Mr. Will Lakoff has over 30 years of business and technical experience through his work directing financial systems initiatives and systems operations. His leadership has included roles as Senior IT Project Manager at AOL and eBusiness Applications Product Manager at MCI's Financial Operations Division. David Avne – VP of Marketing and Sales Mr. Avne is an expert in Internet sales, eCommerce, and financial services products. He has 17 years experience in multiple online businesses with an emphasis on Internet marketing and sales. In 1996, Mr. Avne served as Vice President of sales and marketing for Powernet Online, a Dallas based company. There, he developed the Powernet Internet Content Program, which was the main marketing vehicle that built an 80,000 membership base for the organization within the first month. Mr. Avne also has extensive experience in marketing financial products as a past broker for Edward Jones Investments and Charles Schwab. James P. Waters – Corporate Secretary & Treasurer, Certified Public Accountant and Financial Consultant As a principal in the firm of Garcia & Ortiz, P.A., www.garciaortiz.com, and as the Manager of their Tax Department, Mr. Waters has done extensive consulting to privately held companies in business formation, operations, reorganization and liquidation planning. He has performed in the duties of a Certified Florida sales tax auditor and contract manager, for audits performed on behalf of the State of Florida, from 1995–2001. He has additional experience in manufacturing, wholesale and retail distributors, and with non-profit organizations.
